Why was I charged sales tax?
Sales tax is required for any purchase on this website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you place an order and want to modify it after you submitted the purchase just email us and let us know what you want to be changed.

How do i change the variations of the flies i want?
Add the fly you want to your cart and select the fly in your cart, from here you will see all the possible variations of each fly that Herm has to offer. Get creative and send them in to Herm!
What is your return/exchange policy?
If you recieve a product and do not like it you have 2 weeks time from the date of delivery to let us know and ship it back for a full refund.

You will be able to track your order through whichever shipping provider is used to get the product to you ex. FedEx, UPS.

How Do I choose the flies i want?
In the store Herm has the default for each fly set to his favorite and top producing variants of each fly in the NJ trout streams. If you want to change these up at all just go through the drop downs, and get creative! Herm will tie any fly you want.
Shipping costs may vary based on location and speed.
Let us know if there is any issues and ship it back for a full refund.
